Kits complete with pressurised front cartridges and rear shock absorbers, all electronically controlled. These products have been developed by Bitubo to provide superior comfort in all situations.
Changing settings has never been easier, faster or more intuitive. This is possible thanks to the handlebar control supplied in the Bitubo DS Kit. Moreover, the selected adjustments are automatically optimised based on the speed detected by the GPS, to keep the vehicle stable and controlled at high speeds, and more comfortable at low speeds.

Top Range
RRH concentrates the adjustment controls at the top for easier and faster tuning.
Unbroken masses are lightened and with them the weight total. The foot coupling design, gives a better structure by better discharging forces on the stem for better smoothness.
The top cap has spring preload, extension and compression adjustments.

The EBH pressurised cartridge incorporates a series of innovative systems such as the already known FPS, EC, LC and the new OPC (over pressure control) is now available in the extension and compression sleeves.
These systems are the result of a long experience of development by our Research and Development department in collaboration with some of the best teams that participated in the World SBK, BSB, IDM, CIV.
On the top cap are all adjustments, spring preload, extension and compression that are distinguished in the two cartridges, simple and intuitive.

Improve stability and handling
Designed for Harley Davidson and Moto Guzzi, Bitubo’s pressurised fork cartridges give greater comfort and riding pleasure. Adequate support during braking and more sensitive control of the fork legs in the thrust ensure greater handling and safety on the road.
The cartridges are made with components machined from solid and available with dedicated calibrations. Plug & Play do not require modifications to the original parts of the bike in order to be installed.

The way to increase front-end control
The only one with coaxial pressurised chamber.
Patented since 1992. This component increases the control of the front-end eliminating oscillations. Particularly useful when riding on very uneven road surfaces or extreme riding.
Available for the following mounting positions: “side”, “over tank”, under instruments or exclusively for racing (without front lighting equipment).

Derived from the pluri-victorious XXF, the Mono XXZ, so far reserved only for our Official Teams, is confirmed as technologically at the top, presenting itself with a totally renewed design bringing with it many technical innovations, such as the 4 adjustments: compression and extension at low and high speeds, with new settings designed to give the rider the best feeling possible.
Inside it is renewed with technical solutions that optimise the smoothness of moving parts, improve the damping coefficient and increase the stability at high temperatures, without forgetting the use of light materials to lower the overall weight.

The XXT incorporates the experience and information collected by our technicians engaged in circuits around the world. The XXT for 2021 is aesthetically renewed and receives updates aimed at improving the internal smoothness, is multi-adjustable in compression, rebound, spring preload and length. The wide range and convenient position of the adjustment registers allows you to reach the ideal balance for every rider and driving style.

The best alternative to the original mono
The XZE is a shock absorber with adjustable spring preload and rebound, immediately giving better control of the vehicle and unprecedented comfort, highly customisable thanks to the numerous settings available.
The mono is pressurised with nitrogen with floating oil / gas separator, the shock absorber body is made of steel with a 14 mm rod and surface treatment to reduce friction. The heads are in ergal machined from solid by CNC.

An important upgrade for your bike
The new long excursion rear mono shock absorbers are characterised by technology and performance. The spring preload adjustment is hydraulically operated by hand or alternatively with a 14 mm hex wrench. While the compensation tank is separated from the body of the mono allowing a better cooling of the fluid, but connected to it through a high performance metal braided tube in order to improve grip and riding comfort.
