The pack is supplied with oil specifically dedicated to that bike model. The mounting instructions are complete with oil type and quantity indications.

The ‘S’ kit has been developed to increase the smoothness of the fork.
Bitubo selects the best sliding bushings inserted in ergal seats designed to reduce the friction that is created during the movement of the fork.
The performance is brought to the highest levels using gaskets with a
low coefficient of friction. The kit adds an important improvement to the structure of the original fork leg.

The kit has been developed by Bitubo R&D department. K-FORK kit transforms the original road fork into a high performance product, the same as used on racing forks. The kit increases the front end stability improving the braking characteristics in the corners.

The KX FORK kit increases the front end stability improving the braking characteristics when cornering as well as during close successions of stresses, typical of off-road driving.
Each KX Fork kit indicates the oil type, its quantity, the specific schemes for CROSS or ENDURO riding. Moreover, in each package there are additional shims to optimise the hydraulic scheme based on the choice of use of the motorcycle.

A wide range of shims are available for personalising the shock absorber and fork performance.
The shims are sold in boxes divided by shims sizes and by Bitubo products applications (XXF shocks series or ECH fork cartridges series), and they are also sold individually.
Besides the traditional shims, we offer also shims with free passage.
Shock Valve Kits
KXSHOCK
Hydraulic kit for the original mono shock
Billet piston to improve the hydraulic flow, stabilize the heat performance and decrease the fluid turbulences. It improves both grip and traction, granting a greater feeling at low speed oscillations, to better follow the ground characteristics.
Inside the package there are additional shims, and the mounting instructions with suggestion from our R&D department to optimise the hydraulic scheme based on the choice of use of the vehicle.
