Considerations

  • All lead times are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.
  • All orders receive tracking information, sent via email once the order is ready to leave our warehouse.
  • It can take up to 24 hours from dispatch for the tracking information to become visible on the website.

Order Status & Tracking

You can check the status of your order and track any shipments from the My Account page, or via the Order Tracking page. You will also receive an email with a tracking link when the item has been dispatched.
